    Job Description

    Ejecución impecable de la estrategia y de las tácticas de la marca en el campo, garantizando el cumplimiento de la venta, administración efectiva del territorio asignado, traduciendo con priorización los mensajes de valor y de las cuentas asignadas. Garantizar el acceso de nuestros pacientes y el flujo comercial de manera más ágil, y llegar con un abordaje diferente del negocio que nos va a preparar para operar mejor en el futuro. Así mismo lograr el desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con los clientes, para obtener un conocimiento profundo de las necesidades de los diferentes stakeholders y maximizar el cumplimiento de ventas en el corto y largo plazo, siempre colocando al paciente en el centro de todos los esfuerzos y operando de acuerdo al Código de Conducta, políticas y todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.

    Principales Funciones:

    • Lograr los objetivos de venta asignados para las cuentas (Venta, rotación, inventario, cartera), contribuyendo así al resultado de la venta total del país, así mismo realizar seguimiento a los operadores logísticos de la zona a cargo.
    • Desarrollo del mercado, mediante la identificación de oportunidades y la generación e implementación de planes de acción específicos.
    • Lograr la cobertura del panel médico, de farmacias, así como de stakeholders, de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la compañía y cumplir con la frecuencia planificada.
    • Desarrollo de cuentas claves a cargo por medio de la comprensión de la cuenta, establecer la dirección, desarrollo, ejecución y revisión del plan con los equipos BT e IFT.
    • Asegurar la adecuada implementación de las estrategias de Mercadeo enfocadas en el acceso y apoyar compartiendo los hallazgos del mercado con los equipos matriciales BT e IFT.
    • Garantizar la comprensión de la tendencia de Mercado, y desencadenar las conversaciones para alinear, resolver y retroalimentar el esfuerzo de los grupos matriciales IFT a lo largo del año y stakeholders.
    • Validar, analizar y capitalizar de forma correcta las oportunidades de mercado, para desarrollar el potencial real del stakeholder bajo su responsabilidad.
    • Convertirse en un referente con los niveles de conocimiento requeridos y aprobatorios para su producto y mercado.
    • Cumplir con las responsabilidades y obligaciones relacionadas con el Sistema General de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo.
    Qualifications
    • Preferible experiencia mínima de 2 años como Representante en el manejo de medicamentos.
    • Conocimiento en el manejo del sistema de salud del país o inclusiones de productos a cuadros básicos en el sistema de salud del país.
    • Profesional en áreas de la salud, administrativas o afines.
    • Contar con movilidad para viajar correrías y ubicación en la ciudad base.
    • Manejo de Excel, PowerPoint, herramientas que promueven la conexión virtual y adaptación a la tecnología.
    • Conocimiento de análisis en algun CRM o herramienta (Plus)
