    You will be the first touchpoint a potential client has with the company. You will represent the brand and business and our commitment to providing unparalleled high touch client experience all the way from sales to fulfillment.     Overview Of The Position

    • Close Deals - At the end of the day this is what matters most - so that's why it's first
    • Lead Generation - You are not afraid to pick up the phone or ask for a referral.
    • Discovery Calls - Get to the root of the prospect's pain and understand how we can solve it.
    • Scope of Work Delivery - Not everyone is worthy of a SOW; but now that you understand the prospect's pain, their decision-making criteria and budget requirements - you can share the "how we can make it better."
    • Sales Fulfillment - Stay involved in the process but let someone else handle the details to ensure the client is happy.
    • Develop Long-term Partnerships - One and done is not our style; if you are going to put all the work into closing a deal why not do it with a prospect who has multiple, recurring needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Outbound outreach and nurture engaged leads
    • Check in and re-engage with legacy leads
    • Report on any trends you are noticing in responses that could inform our marketing, messaging or services
    • Answer all questions about our services and overcome objections
    • Have conversations, learn about our customer, and leave them with an amazing experience so they feel seen, heard and understood
    • Work with sales team to update sales pipeline
    • Build out a library of reusable templates for outreach, responses and presentations
    • Maintain an intimate knowledge of current warm leads and their situations
    • Know our services inside and out and be able to answer any question about what's included, timeline, etc.
    • Researching and staying up to date on the latest industry news and trends to identify creative avenues for new business
    • Think big and strategically to innovate our sales process
    • Present budget estimate/ proposal documents to clients
    • Participate on vision session calls with design team and design presentation calls
    • Follow up with client post installation to confirm satisfactory outcome and gather ROI data

    • Be exceptionally confident, highly organized, detail-oriented, with a love of developing new systems and processes.
    • Be excellent at managing ongoing conversations with multiple people at once.
    • Have high emotional intelligence and be able to listen to, support, and encourage others.
    • Excellent and overcoming objections and shifting mindsets that are holding our clients back from seeing the big picture
    • Articulate wordsmith: you can always clearly explain something in a way that feels good to the potential customer
    • You overcome even the toughest objections with ease, grace, calm and certainty, without ever seeming pushy or overstepping.
    • You are excited to become immersed in our business so you can answer any question or hesitation easily and accurately
    • You are a people person, high energy, always sounds genuine and approachable on video, email or phone call
