- Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related areas.
- More than 7 years of experience working in environmental sustainability consulting for various industries (preferably as Project Manager, leader, etc.).
- ESG knowledge is a must.
- Experience developing projects around IFC guidelines.
- Knowledge of Equator Principles.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is needed.
- Experience working with data bases.
- Proposal management and reporting.
- Key client follow-up.
- Costing and formulation.
- Team management.
- LCET, ESG project leadership.
