    Buscamos a nuestr@ próxim@ Sales Development Representative, quien tenga EXcelentes habilidades de persuasión y de ventas, y con una EXtraordinaria llegada a los clientes.

    ¿De qué se trata el cargo?

    Estarás a cargo de generar el primer contacto con nuestros posibles clientes, de una manera cercana y convincente, ayudando a ejecutar y alcanzar nuestras metas en ventas.

    Trabajarás en un ambiente dinámico, entretenido y sano, y serás parte de nuestro Sales Team, que tiene el gran desafío de EXpandir nuestros clientes del mundo B2B.

    Serás parte de la primera línea del proceso de ventas, y con tus EXcelentes habilidades le abrirás paso al resto del equipo de ventas que buscarán concretar a clientes prospectos.

    Algunas de tus responsabilidades incluirán:

    Generación de bases de datos de clientes prospectos.
    - Realizar contacto a prospectos, seguimiento y validación para equipo de ventas.
    - Segmentación de bases para correctas campañas de marketing.
    - Desarrollo de estrategias de aproximación a nuevos prospectos.
    - Investigación de prospectos.

    Calificaciones y habilidades requeridas:

    Administración, negocios internacionales u otras carreras afines.
    - Manejo excel intermedio
    - GRAN plus si tienes conocimientos o experiencia en manejo de CRM.
    - Habilidades que buscamos: buena comunicación (hablada y escrita), persuasión, capacidad de adaptación a situaciones tensas, alta tolerancia a la frustración, organizado, analítico, autonomía.
    - ¿Cómo nos gustaría que te describieran tus ?: cálido/a y cercano/a, con buen desplante y personalidad, persuasivo/a, buena llegada a la gente y entrador/a.

    Especificaciones contractuales:

    Modalidad: híbrido. 1. Se hace una combinación de una semana con 3 dias prensenciales y la siguiente semana de 2 dias presenciales, así consecutivamente.

    Horario de trabajo: full time, 8 a 5 pm de lunes a viernes 3.

    Tipo de contrato: plazo fijo por 3 meses, el cual podrá ser renovado por un nuevo periodo de 3 meses o pasar a indefinido (previa evaluación).
