    Are you ready to take on the role of Finance Associate – Accountant & Payroll Support and be a key player in shaping the future of our financial processes?

    Join our team and play a vital part in revolutionizing the outsourcing industry. Your role will involve optimizing payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and steering us towards success by leveraging your expertise in the field.

    • Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract
    • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • Work Setup: Onsite, Bogotá and Medellin

    What will be your responsibilities in this position?

    Accounting Functions:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and documents.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with tax obligations.
    • Provide financial advice and support strategic planning.

    Payroll Functions:

    • Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements.
    • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately.
    • Collaborate with HR for seamless payroll processing.
    • Address inquiries related to payroll.
    • Stay informed on sector rules and best practices.

    What are the qualifications we are looking for?

    • Knowledge of accounting and CPA qualifications.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • High level of integrity and transparency.
