- Playing a key role in end to end project delivery; developing expert discussion guides and surveys based on client needs. Working with Client Service Team colleagues on expert engagement and then leading insights generation by conducting expert interviews and overseeing survey fielding. You will then summarize your insights into client ready deliverables in collaboration with senior members of the team.
- Demonstrating strong leadership skills by effectively coordinating project teams, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Additionally, exhibiting leadership qualities in client interactions and internal meetings, driving discussions, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Contributing to all aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations, and attending meetings with clients to help sell work. Proactively identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and participating in strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Operating effectively in an environment operating under tight timeframes and demands and being familiar working in a large-scale multinational environment or equivalent role.
- Contributing to content and practice development in the Insights team. For example marketing materials, sector expertise initiatives etc.
- 7+ years of experience in professional services / consulting / research experience (transactions experience highly valued).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in producing and reviewing high caliber reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership.
- A track record of successful project delivery in corporate businesses where you are responsible for managing project team members and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link analysis to financial impact, and understand the implications of findings to client strategy.
- Strong team participation skills, particularly teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor others.
