- Procesar desembolsos de dinero que cumplan con las condiciones de pago de los proveedores y a su vez las políticas de IPG.
- Procesar pagos de intercompañias, pagos urgentes, pagos de viajes y gastos relacionados con empleados (T & E).
- Procesar operaciones de divisas para pagos al exterior y/o monetización.
- Procesar pagos de nómina y de impuestos.
- Solicitar a las agencias las aprobaciones correspondientes para pagos de los proveedores (incluidos los pagos urgentes)
- Sugerir el cálculo y descontar el volumen de incentivos o comisiones.
- Enviar estado de cuenta a los proveedores trimestralmente.
- Enviar reporte de anticipos y los saldos débito.
- Enviar mensualmente el informe de pronto pago al cierre.
- Reporte de envejecimiento de edades de las cuentas por pagar.
- Realizar conciliación bancaria.
- Responder a los proveedores inquietudes acerca de los pagos.
- Generar el reporte diario de posiciona bancaria.
- Asistir en el cierre de mes y el proceso de reporte.
- Producir informes cualitativos y cuantitativos eficaces para medir la eficiencia y efectividad de la función y el personal.
- Coordinar el proceso de auditoría de clientes y externos cuando sea necesario.
- Proveer un mayor nivel de servicio al cliente a grupos externos (agencias de la red IPG, proveedores, autoridades fiscales).
- Coordinar el equipo de A/P para verificar:
- Los pagos de los proveedores son puntuales y precisos de acuerdo con las políticas.
- Los gastos de viajes y gastos relacionados con los empleados son puntuales y precisos.
- Todas las cuentas de proveedores se reconcilian con los estados de cuenta del proveedor, con resolución oportuna de cualquier consulta
- Los saldos de débito son reportados y compensados de forma regular.
- Apoyo en la realización de pagos por transferencia bancaria.
- Elaboración de la posición bancaria.
- Se realice la conciliación bancaria.
- Identificar ideas para la mejora de procesos de acuerdo con las políticas y alcance del ERP.
