    Qué harás en este rol...

    • Estructurar y ejecutar el plan de Capacitación de Agencias de acuerdo a las necesidades detectadas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
    • Inducción a la compañia Met Training.
    • Relacionamiento con Agencias y HR.
    • Liderar Proyectos regionales asignados.
    • Planear y liderar el diseño de planes formativos especificos para el negocio.
    • Liderar el equipo de Trainers y proveedores de capacitación.
    • Gestión del presupuesto de learning para agencias.

    Para contribuir a tu éxito, es importante que...

    • Seas profesional en carreras administrativas
    • Tener alguna especialización en relación al cargo (Deseable)
    • Tener mínimo 5 años de experiencia asegurando procesos de desarrollo, entrenamiento, desempeño en empresas de
      más de 500 empleados en áreas comerciales preferiblemente en el sector de Seguros, Financiero y/o empresas de ventas de servicios e intangibles.
    • Manejo de áreas cliente internas y conocimiento de metodologías y métodos de aprendizaje.
    • Nivel de inglés intermedio - avanzado.
