    Alpha City, un pionero mundo virtual impulsado por blockchain basado en Unreal Engine 5, está buscando un especialista dinámico en generación de leads para acelerar el crecimiento del negocio.

    Como especialista en generación de leads, liderará los esfuerzos para identificar, calificar y nutrir potenciales leads para nuestro equipo de ventas, jugando un papel vital en la expansión de nuestra base de clientes y la generación de ingresos.


    Horario:
    Lunes a viernes 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST


    Ciudades:
    Medellín","Barranquilla","Bogotá","Bucaramanga","Cali","Córdoba (Argentina)","Chihuahua (México)","Guatemala City/Honduras


    Responsabilidades:

    • Llevar a cabo una investigación de mercado exhaustiva para identificar potenciales líderes y sectores objetivo.
    • Emplear diversas técnicas de generación de leads, incluyendo llamadas en frío, campañas de email y redes sociales, para involucrar a los prospectos de manera efectiva.
    • Cualificar leads basados en criterios predefinidos y transferir leads calificados al equipo de ventas sin problemas.
    • Mantener registros meticulosos de todas las actividades de generación de leads usando software CRM, particularmente Salesforce.
    • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para garantizar la entrega sin problemas de clientes potenciales cualificados y facilitar un seguimiento eficaz.

    Requisitos:

    • Habilidades comunicativas excepcionales, tanto verbales como escritas, con fluidez en inglés.
    • Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia probada en ventas o generación de leads, preferiblemente en un entorno B2B.
    • Familiaridad con el software de CRM como Salesforce y competencia en la utilización de diversas herramientas de generación de clientes potenciales.
    • Fuertes habilidades de telemarketing, con la capacidad de comprometer a las perspectivas a través del teléfono y construir una relación eficaz.
    • Auto motivado y orientado a los resultados, con una capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma independiente y alcanzar los objetivos dentro de plazos específicos.
    • Mentalidad orientada al servicio al cliente, enfocada en construir y fomentar relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes.
    • La experiencia en ventas internas es una ventaja, mostrando su capacidad para impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas desde dentro de la organización.
