    El Grupo Interpublic, una de las organizaciones de publicidad y marketing más grandes del mundo, ha implementado un Centro de Servicios Compartidos de Finanzas y Contabilidad en Bogotá, Colombia que presta servicios a todas las agencias de la red IPG en el Caribe y Centroamérica.

    Es responsable de la causación de todas las cuentas por pagar correspondientes a las transacciones de medios, producción y gastos de las agencias de publicidad, centrales de medios y actividades de soporte a la coordinación del área.

    Principales responsabilidades:

  • Validar y registrar oportunamente todas las facturas, cuentas de cobro, notas débito y crédito de medios, producción y gastos recibidas en portal, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el SLA.
  • Revisar, confirmar y gestionar las posibles diferencias en las facturas con las áreas de finanzas local.
  • Actualizar el portal de documentos de acuerdo con los registros realizados.
  • Generar Ajustes de retención cuando sea necesario.
  • Atender y dar respuestas oportunas de solicitudes o requerimientos vía correo electrónico.
  • Controlar, gestionar y revisar proceso de Documento soporte
  • Apoyar actividades de implementación de nuevos mercados
  • Apoyar actividades de distribución y coordinación de actividades del equipo de vendor processing.
  • Mantener una comunicación respetuosa y oportuna con las agencias locales.
  • Asistir las actividades de cierre del período y el proceso de presentación de informes inherentes al área.
  • Asistir a las actividades diarias de registro de proveedores

    • Esencial:

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas y/o contables.
  • Más de 1 año de experiencia laboral en un rol similar.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio.
