    What you'll do as a Tech Support Specialist:

  • Maintain a direct and kind relationship with every customer through chat and email.
  • Help solve questions or service problems.
  • Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.

  • 80% and up English level.
  • 6 months of previous experience in the industry.
  • Good communication and soft skills.
  • Eagerness to work from Bogotá with the #1.
