    Summary of the role:

    Our Team, Operational Efficiency Management is looking for a new colleague to help us run our existing Business Financial processes and focusing on enriching our Non-Labor Financial Data Management in the Hospitality entity.

    As part of the team, you'll work as part of an experienced agile team to measure, analyze, and support optimization of RUN activities to ensure cost competitiveness and support us to move even further towards Financial as well as Operational Excellence.

    You will be a member of vibrant team, who manages all non-manpower operating expenses and drive cost optimization/efficiency across all operational areas and leverage usage of contracts around the globe.

    In this role you'll:

  • Financial business planning and forecasting.
  • Work with peers across regions in compliance to business financial process and report on operational planning as well as efficiency frequently.
  • Must have a high level understanding of financial business processes and be able to work autonomously.
  • Collect demand from HOS engineering teams and work closely with IT economic experts and finance organization (Controlling, Purchasing & Accounting) to ensure compliant contracts within in boundary conditions of business requirements.
  • Works autonomously within defined financial processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.​

    • About the ideal candidate:

    Education: 4-year University degree Finance, Economics, Controlling, Business Informatics

    Relevant work experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Able to work autonomously on assignments provided by management

    • Business understanding:

  • Translate business requirements into financial needs, understand financial process

    • Additional Skills:

  • MS Office (very good Excel skills required), SAP knowledge, Coupa processing of additional payments/bonuses/ etc.
  • Languages: Fluent in English
