    Liderar y desarrollar los programas de capacitación de ventas de alto impacto para nuestro equipo comercial en el sector de la salud. El objetivo principal será garantizar que nuestro equipo de ventas esté equipado con las habilidades, conocimientos y herramientas necesarias para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas de la empresa.

    Tus funciones serán las siguientes:

  • Diseñar e implementar programas de capacitación en ventas adaptados a las necesidades específicas de cada equipo de ventas
  • Reaccionar oportunamente junto con los líderes de ventas y otros departamentos para construir los entrenamientos en las áreas de desarrollo y oportunidades de mejora que se identifican del equipo
  • Desarrollar materiales de capacitación, incluidas presentaciones, guías de estudio, casos de estudio y recursos multimedia, para respaldar la formación del equipo de ventas
  • Liderar sesiones de formación presenciales y virtuales, talleres y eventos de desarrollo para el equipo de ventas
  • Evaluar el impacto de los programas de capacitación en el desempeño de ventas y ajustar las estrategias de formación según sea necesario
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y mejores prácticas en capacitación en ventas y en el sector de la salud, e integrarlas de manera efectiva en los programas de capacitación
  • Colaborar con el departamento de recursos humanos para identificar y reclutar talento para el equipo de ventas, y participar en el proceso de integración y formación de nuevos empleados

    • Requisitos

  • Experiencia minima de 2 años en cargos similares
  • Manejo de herramientas como: CRM, aplicativos de llamada, etc.
  • Buen manejo de plataformas digitales y herramientas de Google (Excel/Sheets)
  • Si has colaborado con startups, tu experiencia también es valiosa.
  • Alta capacidad de análisis, generador de propuestas y orientado a la mejora continua
