- Creates, plans, and implements global/regional/local strategy and strategic business development for the business.
- Defines Key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurements tools to monitors performance.
- Identifies and evaluates opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a global/local/basis, determines plans for implementation.
- Monitor client financial statis and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal Partners teams.
- Develops, implements, and reviews sales processes and tools, and all related training.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Electric Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of UPS portfolio.
- Experience with sales and MBA.
- Previous experience as leadership.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level.

Develops an effective (business area/division/product group) sales strategy within the specified market scope (global/regional) and maintains it, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Defines, plans, leads, and ensures the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitors sales performance, proactively, ensuring the development and implementation of corrective actions to secure business growth when needed. Leads, develops, and coaches the Sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to achieve the sales targets, through high performance.
