    Responsibilities / Tasks

    ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Div. Order to Cash support & Project Controlling: Aseguraras el cumplimiento normativo de los proyectos desde su registro hasta que se recauden su pago, así como el seguimiento en la operación y ejecución identificando riesgos y oportunidades, y desempeño financiero del proyecto/negocio vs. Cálculos y proyecciones iniciales.
  • Productivity promoter: Identificaras las desviaciones y Non Conformance Costs de los proyectos y asegurara implementación de dinámica de "lesson learn" para optimizar procesos en todas las areas, evitar errores y generar a través de eso productividad y competitividad.
  • Make sure guidelines Division implementation: Serás embajador de la división en la región y aseguraras que el 100% de los lineamientos y procedimientos de la Cia. estén implementados, y aplicados en la región por todas las áreas.
  • Support financial & Division local / HQ requirements: Darás soporte en información y/ó gestión requerida local o de HQ sobre la división.
  • Own the relationship with the operational departments: Serás el contacto para todas las areas operativas (Mercado, ventas, producto, SCM, Service) en lo relacionado con la División.
  • Manage and prioritize Demand: Gestionarás y priorizarás requerimientos internos y externos de la división.
  • Support reporting area to Execute Division reporting (LPT) Rush-CORE-3MRF: Serás quien bajo el guidance del Financial Manager, ejecutará el reporting Rush, Core y 3MRF de la Division.
  • Drive specific Div. Reporting & Requirements: Gestionarás y aseguraras entregar en tiempo y forma todo el reporting especifico de la división que se requiera local y/o HQ.

    ¿Qué educación, conocimiento y experiencia necesitas?

  • Pregrado en ciencias económicas o administración de empresas.
  • Experiencia de mínimo 2 años en la ejecución de proyectos como controller, dimensión de alcance de presupuestos, manejo de cronogramas y actividades de reporting.
  • Ingles mínimo B2
  • Manejo de SAP (deseable)
