    The Opportunity

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week), six month internship (practíca) running from July to January.

    ·Assist with year-end statutory audit including

    oCompile documents for audit requests

    oLiaise with external parties to obtain documents or certifications required for audit and compliance submissions

    oSupport in preparation of Financial Statements (including casting)

    ·Request legal documents from vendors (RUT, Camara de comercio, bank letters)

    ·Assist with month-end closings procedures

    ·Special projects as required

    ·Working towards a Bachelor's degree (Pregrado) in Accounting, Finance

    ·Experience with Excel is a must

    ·Experience with VBA or Power BI is an asset

    ·Excellent planning and organization skills

    ·Good communication skills essential for team-based working

    ·Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges

    ·Prior intern/co-op experience is an additional benefit

    ·Advanced English Skills (verbal and written, B2 or above)

    ·Must be enrolled at the following universities: Universidad de los Andes, Universidad Nacional de Colombia - Sede Bogota, Universidad del Rosario, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad Central, Universidad Externado de Colombia and will need to apply through respective university portal in addition to completing an application here.
