  • Have solid accounting knowledge that allows him/her to analyze the different transactions that make up the financial statements and identify corrections to them in a timely manner.
  • Indentify and report problematic processes and issues to Team Lead with a first solution approach – defining further steps together
  • Posting accounting transactions in the internal accounting ERP and review the conexions with reporting programs (SU/QS)
  • Performe monthly reconciliation of items in SU match with ERP, identifying and solving discrepancies in timely manner
  • Perfom the requiered analysis to complete the Balance sheet Reconciliation according with the ERP COA distribution, when apply include subledger/ledger Reconciliation.
  • Documenting and Supporting process, manuals and instruction documents for Finance Teams (AR,PP,RR,LF,CT)
  • Reporting timely the requeriments received from other finance areas (AR,PP,LF,CT) working in team with the other team members
  • Analyze information to ensure the integrity of the financial statements of the month, identifying corrections at the level of transaction records, calculation of provisions, deferred, revenue and cogs recognition.
  • Mentoring: Quarterly share with less experienced members the good practices and knowledge for manage complex matters according with the issues agreed in the Area
