- Ensure highest levels of Customer Satisfaction (NPS) and responsiveness.
- Manage all the incoming customer orders to fasten the orders approval as well as the delivery processes.
- Responsible for the returns, backorders, rental and accounting receivables processes related to Customer Services.
- Lead Process Improvement pre and post implementation of SAP.
- Fully support the sales force and corresponding commercial activities.
- Professional degree: Marketing / Business Administration or similar.
- High English level.
- Minimum of 1 year in the IVDx market.
- Sales Administration background.

The Role
As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Senior Customer Service Analyst, who assists in the transition testing and validation of SAP (OneERP Project), manages all pre and post sales tasks, is a SAP key user to deploy knowledge in the department, as well as generates incoming and outcoming calls KPI ́s for services improvement.
