    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Ingles B2
  • Buscamos a una persona con formación académica de Comunicador
  • al menos 3 años de experiencia en la gestión de estrategias de comunicación, diseño de piezas y coordinación de eventos virtuales y presenciales. Es importante que tenga un manejo demostrado de paquete de Office 365 y Canva.
  • Esta persona debe tener excelentes habiliades de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como la capacidad de trabajar en equipo, ser proactiva, autónoma y multitasking. También es necesario que tenga como idioma nativo el español y un nivel mínimo de inglés B2. Se requiere competencia en enfoque en resultados y preferiblemente con experiencia de trabajo en multinacionales y con equipos regionales y/o multiculturales.
  • Ser el partner de Comunicaciones de las diferentes áreas funcionales de IT LATAM y stakeholders para desarrollar sus estrategias de comunicación y apalancar sus objetivos y los del negocio (HR, Employer Branding, Change Management, Seguridad de la Información, Técnica y Producción, etc).
  • • Innovar en la gestión de medios y canales y liderar su implementación; así como establecer objetivos S.M.A.R.T para la medición de su impacto.
  • • Organizar, coordinar y crear los eventos de IT LATAM virtuales y presenciales (Town Halls, Lives, Webinars, etc).

    • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Título Profesional en Comunicación Social o posgrados en comunicación, marketing, o cualquier campo relacionado.
  • Ingles B2
