    Location: Bogotá o Medellín

    Core mission: Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to and lead implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
  • Monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
  • Research and evaluate the Sales / Direct Sales policies and deploy plans to ensure product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met
  • Prioritize and coordinate
  • Coordinate key Sales / Direct Sales activities and inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices
  • Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and outside the organization
  • Manage groups of 2 or more experienced professionals and/or team leaders or supervises large, complex production or operations team(s) who exercise latitude and independence in assignments and is accountable for the performance and results
  • Requirements:

    Education: Master's / Bachelors Degree

    Experience: years experience in similar roles, experience in team management.
