    Customer Service Manager

    About the Role

    Liderar el área de Servicio al cliente garantizando una gestión eficiente de pedidos mejorando el servicio y satisfacción de nuestros clientes. Optimizar la cadena de suministro con los clientes con el fin de aumentar las ventas al mejor costo.

    What You Will Do

    • Asegurar la gestión de los pedidos de nuestros clientes con el fin de lograr los objetivos comerciales al mejor costo con el mejor servicio.
    • Inspirar a las personas y a los equipos y movilizar su inteligencia, energía y comportamientos para impactar positivamente los resultados de la organización.
    • Ejecutar las políticas y medidas definidas por la organización, necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de los colaboradores y bienes que están a su cargo; así como para el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y protección del ambiente, establecidos en la legislación, las normas y las buenas prácticas aplicables. (Responsailidad transversal para todos los cargos)Optimizar la cadena de suministro con los clientes de mayor impacto en la compañía con el fin de incrementar ventas al mejor costo

    Who You Are
    • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería administrativa, Ingeniería Producción y afines con Especialización en Logística/Mercadeo y Ventas.
    • Experiencia de 4 a 6 años en cargos similares.
    • Con conocimientos específicos en Servicio al cliente y Sistemas de distribución y/o logistica.
    • Experiencia en el manejo de asuntos relacionados con mejoras en procesos y costo con los clientes y decido sobre los planes de mejora y correcciones para aumentar el servicio y la satisfacción.
    • Dominio de inglés C1
