    Medical Marketing Effectiveness Analyst

    Sobre el rol

    Gestionar los datos para operar y medir los KPIs de Medical Marketing. Análisis de la información (Close up, DDD, Market Share, Veeva metric) para analizar, discutir y tomar decisiones comerciales estratégicas, junto con los equipos de Visita Médica (Gerentes de país y Gerentes de Distrito) que aumenten la productividad de nuestro recurso de CMEs y Comms y así, nuestros objetivos no solo se alcancen, sino que se excedan.

    Tus responsabilidades

  • Seleccionar los candidatos al programa de Medical Board y del programa "Convertion" haciendo su respectivo seguimiento de performance.
  • Generar planes de acción sobre los KPI de Medical Board (SOP, Frecuencia, interacciones fuera del consultorio, PPEP, satisfacción).
  • Analizar métricas de eficacia del área de Educación como costo/impact, control de BEI, asistencia.
  • Analizar métricas de gestión del área de Comunicaciones (Veeva metrics) sobre el impacto del omnichannel y generar planes de acción en conjunto con el equipo de Comms.
  • Seguimiento a las acciones fuera del consultorio que apoyan la estrategia de educación y amplificación de nuestra ciencia (lectures + Enfa con propósito).
  • Participar en la reunión de performance del canal medico con informes gerenciales de los KPIs de Medical Marketing (Education + Comms).
  • Soporte al analisis de las metricas de CMEs y Comms de Health
  • Entre otras

    • La experiencia que buscamos

  • Profesional en administracion de empresas, ingeneria industrial, ingeniero de sistemas o carreras a fin.
  • Conocimientos: Avanzado en analisis de data, Excel, Power BI. Basicos en relacionamiento con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Inglés: avanzado
  • Experiencia de 1-2 años en Analisis de datos (Bussiness inteligence o en Sales Force Effectiveness)
