    Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Latam
    Location:     Remote (EST Timezone)

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM EST

    Job Description:

    The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by booking service appointments and handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. This position requires a team player who values innovation and a customer-centric approach.

    Responsibilities:

    • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
    • Deliver call scripts with clarity, persuasiveness, and authenticity.
    • Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand positively.
    • Establish and maintain customer rapport to encourage repeat business.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance booking techniques and outbound calling skills.
    • Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
    • Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in customer service.
    • IT competent, with proficiency in phone systems.
    • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with ServiceTitan, Slack, Dialpad, and Google Suite.
