    Panagora Group is a woman-owned small business specializing in global health and international development, that provides Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning services to the United States Agency for International Development in Colombia-USAID/Colombia, through different contracts signed with the Mission for the execution of activities. Within the framework of its contractual responsibilities, Panagora provides the Mission with technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making on the management of USAID/Colombia activities, shape the long-term strategic and programmatic direction of the Mission, and allow USAID/Colombia to comply with USAID's Evaluation Policy and USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) 201.
    Panagora is looking for a CLA specialist to accompany the implementation of the Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation actions required by USAID/Colombia and within the Activities.
    The following are key responsibilities and requirements for the position.
    Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate learning identification sessions aimed at technical teams from USAID activities and teams from the technical components of the MEL/MELSA Activities, among other audiences.
  • Design, facilitate, and systematize methodologies to promote learning, strategic collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adaptive management among different audiences (mission staff, technical teams from USAID activities, private sector, government entities, social organizations, among others).
  • Design methodologies that guide learning encounters using participatory and dialogical techniques.
  • Support the formulation, development, and documentation of work plans for the USAID and MEL/MELSA Activities teams under the Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation approach.
  • Support USAID/Colombia in the implementation of its learning plan and CLA plan.
  • Design and facilitate learning events for the Community of Practice (CoP) made up of MEL specialists from USAID/Colombia Activities.
  • Carry out the documentation of the progress in the implementation of the work plan of the CLA component of the MEL/MELSA Activities rigorously and on a weekly basis.
  • Support the implementation of USAID/Colombia's knowledge management strategy according to the guidelines of the component leader and the Mission.
  • Facilitate change management processes using process consultation, coaching, and mentoring to adopt improved systems and processes.
  • Prepare organizational assessment tools, methodologies, and implementation guidelines.

En el marco de sus responsabilidades contractuales, Panagora brinda a la Misión servicios técnicos y de asesoría para facilitar la toma de decisiones informadas sobre la gestión de las Actividades de USAID/Colombia, dar forma a la dirección estratégica y programática de la Misión en el largo plazo y permitir a USAID/Colombia cumplir con la Política de Evaluación del Sistema de Directrices Automatizadas de USAID (ADS) 201.
    Panagora busca un especialista en CLA que acompañe la implementación de las acciones de Colaboración, Aprendizaje y Adaptación requeridas por USAID/Colombia y al interior de la Actividad.
    Las siguientes son las responsabilidades y requerimientos claves para la posición.
    Responsabilidades:
  • Diseñar y facilitar sesiones de identificación de aprendizajes dirigidas a equipos técnicos de actividades de USAID y a equipos de los componentes técnicos de las Actividades MEL y MELSA, entre otras audiencias.
  • Diseñar, facilitar y sistematizar estrategias pedagógicas para promover el aprendizaje, la colaboración estratégica, el intercambio de conocimientos y la gestión adaptativa entre distintas audiencias (Personal de la misión, equipos técnicos de actividades de USAID, sector privado, entidades de gobierno, organizaciones sociales. entre otras).
  • Diseñar metodologías que orienten los encuentros de aprendizaje mediante el uso de técnicas participativas y dialógicas.
  • Apoyar la formulación, desarrollo y documentación de planes de trabajo para los equipos de USAID y de las Actividades MEL y MELSA bajo el enfoque de Colaboración, Aprendizaje y Adaptación.
  • Apoyar a USAID/Colombia en la implementación de su plan de aprendizaje y plan CLA.
  • Diseñar y facilitar eventos de aprendizaje de la Comunidad de Práctica (CoP) conformada por especialistas MEL de las Actividades de USAID/Colombia.
  • Llevar rigurosamente y con periodicidad semanal la documentación de los avances en la implementación del plan de trabajo del componente CLA de las Actividades MEL y MELSA
  • Apoyar la implementación de la estrategia de gestión de conocimiento de USAID/Colombia según los lineamientos del líder del componente y la Misión.
  • Facilitar los procesos de gestión del cambio mediante el diseño y la facilitación de entrenamientos y tutorías para la incorporación de sistemas y procesos de mejora continua.
