- Liderar el desarrollo de proyectos de análisis de información y generación de eficiencias operativas dentro del modelo de ejecución comercial integradas a la estrategia del negocio.
- Facilitar la gestión operativa del equipo comercial brindando información relevante para la toma de decisiones de cara al cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.
- Ejecutar los procesos de administración de ventas (Caratulas, liquidación de rebates, documentos de canal y auditoria como Matriz de Riesgos).
- Consolidación nacional de valoración Nivel estratégico y Volnet de distribuidores.
- Apoyar la implementación de planes de formación al canal en habilidades blandas. (academia vendedores).
- Apoyar la realización de diagnósticos a través de la analítica sobre la ejecución de ventas que sirvan como insumo para la construcción, adaptación o corrección de planes comerciales.
- Acompañar y hacer seguimiento a los procesos de integración de Cosmos en los distribuidores del Canal.
- Buscamos un profesional en administración de negocios, Ingeniero industrial o carreras afines a mercadeo y/o ventas.
- Con experiencia de 3 a 5 años en desarrollo de proyectos, analítica comercial avanzada (descriptiva y de recomendación).
- Que tenga capacidad creativa y de innovación en procesos, pensamiento sistémico, comunicación asertiva, orientación al resultado, y trabajo bajo presión, buen nivel de relacionamiento, trabajo en equipo y capacidad de movilizarlo.
- Manejo de Herramientas: Indispensable Pwr BI, y Excel Avanzado.
- Conocimientos sin necesidad de ser expertos en SQL y Python.
- Ingles nivel mínimo B2.
